Let me introduce myself. My name is Shelby and welcome to keepcalmandcurryon.ca. This blog started as my way of documenting my challenge of cooking one dish from everyone country and has now become a my place to share my love of food and connect with others. Welcome to the journey. We're going to try new things, recreate my childhood classics, and even dip our toes into the hidden magic of food. Despite the name, it will not all be curries here. There will be a few, but I just couldn't pass up a good food pun. Buckle up for a whirlwind kitchen adventure and maybe we will learn a few tips and tricks from each other.
